Guests investigate several reportedly haunted sites, from outdoor legends like the infamous Witches’ Tree and Fountain Court to the darkened interiors of the Conrad-Caldwell House on gas-lit St. James Court and a Third Street mansion that was once home to a family of poets and artists.
Every guest leaves with a signed copy of David Dominé’s True Ghost Stories and Eerie Legends from America’s Most Haunted Neighborhood, plus a surprise treat or two along the way. This is the tour for diehard ghost hunters, sensitives, and anyone ready to explore the dark side of a hauntingly beautiful neighborhood.
